The virtual campus project is a neogeography kind of project, which brings together Web 2.0 and GIS technologies to better model our world.  The underlying idea is to use feature level semantics to enhance our discovery and use of 3D geospatial data and associated knowledge. 

Sprouting on top of this are a growing collection of research ideas that (we hope) will thrive in a data rich environment.  We're still working on the data rich side of things, but we have a couple of nice 3D buildings for exploring interior and exterior spaces, as you'll see from the media page.
